the hotel gave us adjoining rooms and they were clean the pool and gym were also great i did not use the restaurants other than to say the aria buffet is popular if you enjoy a hotel breakfast buffet then the aria buffet option looked pretty good it seems to be good value if booked with a meal deal at a discount.
my check-in experience with the front desk staff did not meet expectations unlike the usual standard there was no cute greeting or acknowledgment.

the beautiful king room included a comfortable king-sized bed with premium bedding ensuring restful sleep the room also featured a spacious work desk and ergonomic chair suitable for business needs the bathroom provided a separate shower and bathtub alongside luxurious toiletries.

I found the underground shopping center charming. finding knock-off purses and lovely clothing was such a fun adventure. seunghyun made cappuccinos that tasted like heaven itself. I almost cried while drinking it!!! the pastries were magnificent too.
I found the air conditioning disappointing. It didn't work in cooling mode. the furniture felt a little old. the room felt dusty without a proper duvet cover.
